Witney RFC

- First session back will be on Tuesday March 30th

- From that date, we will train every Tuesday and Thursday evening, until our last session on Thursday April 29th 

- All training sessions will run from 7pm to 8.30pm

- To begin with, no changing room or shower facilities will be available. This will be reviewed later in April.

- Temperature checks will be done upon arrival in the car park. 

- Every attendee must bring their own drinks bottles; none will be provided and there is an outside tap if you need to refill your bottle.

- Every attendee is encouraged to bring their own hand sanitiser. Hands will be sanitised every 15 minutes throughout the session. 

- Face mask / coverings are optional but encouraged whilst the players are performing non-contact elements of the session - E.g. Stretching, Passing 

- Contact rugby will be reintroduced steadily over the course of the 5 weeks from March 30th to April 29th. There will be a focus on correct technique, over crash and bash.

- If you are feeling unwell, have any mild symptoms or are awaiting the results of Covid-19 test, please do not attend training. 

- We will be holding an Inter-club match on Saturday May 1st, where the coaches will select two even teams to play against each other under the adapted laws version of the game (e.g. no scrums or mauls)

- Further activities are planned for May & June and more details will be given about them at training.
